THE WAYS TO TRAIN AT TAO

The Complete Path to Becoming a Better Player

At TAO Padel Academy, we believe that players improve fastest when they train with clarity, structure, and balance.
That’s why we offer two complementary training formats: Team Training and Private Training.
Each one focuses on a different part of your development — and together, they create the most effective system to elevate your game.

Team Training

TEAM TRAINING

The foundation of all movement

Team Training is where you learn to play smarter. These sessions bring players of similar levels together to work on tactical understanding, game structure, and decision-making. You experience real match scenarios, guided by coaches who correct your positioning, transitions, and choices in real time.

Team Training helps you:

// reduce unforced errors

// improve your movement and spacing

// understand when to attack or defend

// read the game and anticipate

// apply concepts under pressure

It’s dynamic, social, and the best format to develop the strategic side of your game.

Private Training

PRIVATE TRAINING

Refine your technique

Private Training is where you refine how you execute your game. These sessions focus entirely on you, allowing the coach to work in detail on your technique, movement, and mechanics. Footwork, timing, balance, swing efficiency, and specific shots are corrected and developed with precision.

Private Training helps you:

// fix technical mistakes

// build clean, repeatable strokes

// improve precision and control

// develop stronger fundamentals

// understand your individual movement patterns

It’s the fastest way to correct habits and strengthen your technical foundation.

WHY YOU SHOULD DO BOTH

Team Training and Private Training are designed to work together — one builds your tools, the other teaches you how to use them.

3_Why_Both

When combined:

• Corrected Mechanics + Consistent Practice

This combination is the most effective way to become a complete player, someone who not only hits well, but understands the game, moves intelligently, and performs confidently in every situation.
